How Much Does a Website Cost in Orlando?

Orlando small business websites run from about $500 to $10,000, and the spread confuses people because two quotes for “a website” can describe completely different products. Our own builds are $497, $997, and $1,997 depending on how much we produce for you.

Here is what each band actually buys and where the costs hide.

The bands

$500 to $1,000 — template build, you supply content

A clean, mobile-ready site on a theme, with proper on-page SEO setup — titles, meta descriptions, heading structure, image optimization, sitemap, and Search Console connected. You provide the copy and photos.

Right for: a new business needing a credible presence quickly, or an existing business replacing something outdated.

$1,000 to $2,000 — content and media produced for you

Everything above plus written copy, photography, and video produced by the agency. This is where most small businesses should land, because the content is the part owners never get around to supplying and the part that determines whether the site ranks.

$2,000 to $5,000 — full SEO build

Core service pages plus city pages, complete keyword research, schema markup, internal linking architecture, conversion tracking, and branding assets. This is a site designed to rank rather than to exist.

$5,000 to $10,000 and up — custom

Custom design rather than a theme, integrations with booking or CRM systems, ecommerce, membership areas, or multi-location architecture.

Where the hidden costs are

  • Hosting and security. Ours is $150 a month and covers managed hosting, SSL, daily backups, malware scanning, updates, and uptime monitoring. Cheap hosting costs less and is slow, which costs you rankings.
  • Content. The single biggest variable. “Client provides content” is why a quote is cheap, and why many sites launch half-empty.
  • Photography. Stock is free and looks it. Real photos of your work convert better and rank better.
  • Ongoing changes. Ask what is included after launch and what is billed hourly.
  • SEO after launch. A well-built site is the foundation, not the campaign.

How to compare quotes that look nothing alike

Build a table and fill in both columns:

  • How many pages, specifically
  • Who writes the copy
  • Who supplies photos and video
  • Is on-page SEO included or extra
  • Is schema markup included
  • Who owns the domain, hosting, and files
  • What does hosting cost monthly
  • What happens if you want changes in month four
  • How long from kickoff to launch

The cheaper quote is usually cheaper because half those rows are blank, and that becomes obvious in a few minutes.

The question that matters more than price

Ask what the site is supposed to do. A five-page brochure that establishes credibility is a legitimate goal and $497 buys it. A site meant to generate leads from search needs service pages, city pages, and content, and that is a different product at a different price.

Paying $497 and expecting the second outcome is the most common disappointment in this market — not because the build was bad, but because it was never the thing being bought.

What we charge and why

$497 for a basic SEO-ready build where you supply content. $997 when we produce the photo, video, and written content for every page. $1,997 for a full build with five core SEO pages and ten city pages, all media and branding included, everything optimized. Hosting and security is $150 a month on anything we build and host.

If you are bundling a website with Google Business Profile management, the numbers work out better than buying them separately.
